How to Reinstate Your Avon Representative Account: A Step-by-Step Guide

If you’ve been an Avon representative in the past, you may be wondering how to reinstate your account and get back into the business. The good news is that Avon makes it relatively easy to reactivate your account, and in many cases, you can do so without having to pay a reinstatement fee.

Understanding Your Account Status

The first step in the reinstatement process is to understand the status of your Avon account. There are a few different scenarios to consider:

Accounts Inactive for Less Than 3 Months: If your Avon account has been dormant for less than 3 months, you can simply log in to your account and place an order to reactivate it.
Inactivity Between 3 and 12 Months: For accounts that have been inactive for 3 to 12 months, you’ll need to go through a simple reactivation process. This involves logging into your Avon account and placing an order, which will update your account status and allow you to continue your Avon business.
Inactivity for More Than 12 Months: If it’s been over a year since you last placed an order, your Avon account may be considered closed. In this case, you’ll need to open a new account, which can be done by filling out the necessary information on the Avon website. This is a fresh start, but you’ll also be able to take advantage of new representative incentives like the Kick Start program.

Reinstating Your Avon Account

If your Avon account has been inactive for more than 3 months, you’ll need to go through the reinstatement process. The good news is that this is relatively straightforward:

Log in to your Avon account at www.yourAvon.com.
If you’re having trouble logging in, try resetting your password.
Once you’re logged in, you’ll need to place an order and pay any outstanding balance on your account.
Provided your account balance is paid in full, you can then proceed with the self-reinstatement process.
The reinstatement process typically takes 24-48 hours to complete, and you’ll receive notifications when it’s done.

It’s important to note that if your Avon account was removed for cause, such as fraudulent activity, you may not be eligible for reinstatement. In these cases, you’ll need to contact Avon directly to discuss your options.
