How to Restore a Deleted System Reserved Partition in Windows

If you accidentally deleted your Windows system reserved partition, don’t panic! There are several methods you can use to recover it and get your computer back up and running. In this article, we’ll walk you through the steps to restore a deleted system reserved partition using MiniTool Partition Wizard Bootable Edition.

Preparing the Bootable Media

Before you can use MiniTool Partition Wizard to recover your deleted partition, you’ll need to create a bootable media. Here’s how:

  1. Purchase the Professional Ultimate Edition of MiniTool Partition Wizard and register it.
  2. Use the Bootable Media Builder feature to create a bootable CD/DVD or USB flash drive.
  3. Boot your computer from the bootable media you just created.

Recovering the Deleted Partition

Once you’ve booted into MiniTool Partition Wizard, follow these steps to recover your deleted system reserved partition:

  1. Right-click on the disk where the system partition was originally located and choose “Partition Recovery” from the context menu.
  2. Choose a scanning range for the selected disk from the three options provided.
  3. Select a scanning method for the chosen range. Start with “Quick Scan” and if that doesn’t work, go back and choose “Full Scan”.
  4. Once the scan is complete, check all the useful partitions that were found, both existing and deleted.
  5. Click “Finish” to complete the recovery process.
  6. Select the recovered system reserved partition and set it as active.
  7. Click “Apply” to make all the changes permanent.

After completing these steps, exit the WinPE environment and restart your computer from the primary drive. Your system reserved partition should now be restored and your computer should boot normally.

If this method doesn’t work for you, there are a few other options to try:

  • Use the Windows installation disc to fix boot information
  • Rebuild the system partition using the command prompt
  • Seek professional help from EaseUS 1-on-1 Remote Assistance Service

Accidentally deleting your system reserved partition can be a stressful experience, but with the right tools and knowledge, you can get your computer back up and running in no time. MiniTool Partition Wizard Bootable Edition makes the process simple and straightforward, allowing you to recover your deleted partition with just a few clicks.
