How to Turn Off Your Apple iPhone 6s or 6s Plus: A Step-by-Step Guide

Are you having trouble turning off your Apple iPhone 6s or 6s Plus? Don’t worry, it’s a simple process that can be done in just a few steps.

Locating the Sleep/Wake Button

The first step is to locate the Sleep/Wake button on your iPhone. This button is located on the right side of your device.

Turning Off the iPhone

To turn off your iPhone, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the “slide to power off” icon appears along the top of the screen. Once this icon appears, slide it toward the right edge of the screen to power off your device.

Alternative Method for Unresponsive Devices

If your iPhone is unresponsive and you cannot turn it off using the Sleep/Wake button, you can force reset the device by holding the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons together until you see the Apple logo. This could take up to 30 seconds of holding.
