Resident Beach Passes

Resident beach passes are free for Highland Park residents and are valid for three years. To obtain a pass, residents must show proof of residency, such as a driver’s license or utility bill. Non-residents have the option to purchase a season pass or a daily fee pass. The non-resident season pass costs $100 for the head of household and $25 for each additional family member. This pass is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

For those who don’t want to purchase a season pass, a daily fee pass is available for $10. This pass can be used for non-resident guests and is available for purchase at Rosewood Beach starting Memorial Day weekend.
