If you purchased your Swarovski product from an authorized retailer or the Swarovski Online Shop, you can also return the item for a refund within 30 days of receipt, as long as it shows no signs of usage or mounting.

For SWAROVSKI OPTIK products purchased in the USA or Canada, you can initiate service orders and receive status updates online. When requesting a service order, you’ll need to provide the model, serial number, and details of the issue you’re experiencing, along with your contact and shipping information.

If the repair is covered under warranty, SWAROVSKI OPTIK will carry out the repair at no charge. If the repair is not covered under the warranty, you’ll receive a cost estimate for the repair before any work is performed.
