How to Fix a Power Window with a Bad Regulator: Two Easy Methods

This method allows you to safely drive with the window secured until you can replace the regulator. However, it’s important to note that the window will not be able to be rolled down, and you should avoid opening the door too much to prevent the window from falling out.

In both cases, it’s crucial to disconnect the window motor’s electrical connector to prevent accidental activation and further damage to the regulator.
