How to Repair the Bridge in Stardew Valley: Unlocking the Quarry for Free

If you’ve been playing Stardew Valley, you’ve likely encountered the need to repair the bridge leading to the Quarry. This bridge is an important part of the game, as it grants access to a valuable resource area. However, the process of repairing the bridge can be a bit unclear. In this article, we’ll explore how to fix the bridge in Stardew Valley, specifically if you’ve chosen not to sell the Community Center to the Joja Corporation earlier in the game.

Repairing the Bridge Through the Community Center

If you’ve decided to preserve the Community Center and not sell it to Joja, you can get the Quarry Bridge repaired completely for free. To do this, you’ll need to collect all six bundles from the Crafts Room in the Community Center.

The Crafts Room contains the first group of bundles available, and these bundles are completed by collecting foraged items. Each season has unique plants to forage, all of which are required to complete that season’s bundle. Once you’ve completed all six Crafts Room bundles, the game will reward you by repairing the bridge, granting you access to the Quarry.

The Joja Corporation Alternative

If you’ve chosen to side with the Joja Corporation and purchase a membership, the process of repairing the bridge is different. Instead of completing the Crafts Room bundles, you’ll need to pay a one-time fee of 25,000g to the Joja Corporation to have the bridge repaired.

While this option is more straightforward, it lacks the sense of accomplishment and community involvement that comes with restoring the Community Center. Additionally, the Joja Corporation route doesn’t provide the same level of rewards and benefits as the Community Center path.
