In the post-apocalyptic world of Death Stranding, vehicles play a crucial role in traversing the treacherous landscape. Whether you’re driving a Reverse Trike or a Truck, keeping your vehicles in top condition is essential for efficient and safe deliveries. Fortunately, the game provides a convenient way to repair your vehicles and get them running like new again.
Repairing Vehicles in Death Stranding
To get any vehicle running like new again, all you need to do is head to any distribution center in the game with an elevator — and therefore, a garage. Simply park your vehicle — either one you made or one you found and drove back — on the circular elevator. Once you enter your private room, your vehicle will be stored in the garage and automatically repaired.
Accessing the Garage
The garage is located where you enter the private room at any Knot City or Distribution Center. To access it, simply park your vehicle on top of the entrance to the private room, and then enter the private room. This will put your vehicle in the garage and initiate the repair process.
Storing Multiple Vehicles
You can have multiple vehicles in the garage at the same time, allowing you to store and repair various modes of transportation. Additionally, if you’re playing online, you can even retrieve other players’ cars from the garage, and your own vehicles may show up in other players’ games as well.
Repairing Damaged Vehicles
If you notice sparks coming from your vehicle, it has received major damage and should be brought to a garage as soon as possible. The garage will automatically repair any damaged vehicles, restoring them to their full functionality.
